Reconnect with Nature

A one day version of our popular Nature Retreat with the former producer to Sir David Attenborough, Fergus Beeley.

Fergus will lead a small group on a quiet walk to explain how to connect with nature, whilst pointing out the less obvious and the more unusual wildlife here such as otters and kingfishers. Fergus will also draw on informal practices used in meditation and mindfulness to help you to connect with the beauty of nature.
