Pastry Chef de Partie

This is an excellent opportunity to share and develop your skills and learn from our talented senior chefs. You will be highly creative. Key responsibilities include:
– Production of fresh seasonal a la carte desserts, afternoon teas and banqueting and pastries.
– Working on menu development.
– Assisting with ordering and controlling of stock.
– Adhering to hygiene and health and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will be confident with running the pastry section have a NVQ Level 2 and 3 or similar and previous experience in fine dining establishments.

Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team lead by Chef Graziosi.

In this role you will play an important part in supporting the kitchen team. Your day will involve pot washing, cleaning and helping the chefs with daily prep. Previous experience would be an advantage but training will be given to the right candidate.
