It takes real nerve to set up your own Champagne House and take on the established brands that have had hundreds of years of history and tradition. However, that is exactly what Alain Thienot, a respected Champagne broker, set out to do when he launched his first cuvée in 1985. Today, Thienot Champagne can be found in some of the finest hotels and restaurants worldwide. Endsleigh has a long-standing relationship with Thienot, the Brut Non-Vintage is our House Champagne.

Nick Wolridge, from Champagne Thienot, will guide us through a selection of their Champagnes, and Bordeaux properties, specially selected and matched with a menu by Jose Graziosi.
