In October Hotel Endsleigh is celebrating all things chocolate. Join Alan Holloway, winner of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Annual Award of Excellence 2017, in this hands on introduction to chocolate.
The afternoon will start with the history of chocolate. Alan will demonstrate the process of tempering chocolate and all the incredible things that can be done with it. You will get the chance to have a go, along with lots of tasting.

The workshop is £25 per person. At 6pm we are hosting an informal dinner celebrating chocolate. Dinner is £30 for two courses or £25 for workshop attendees.
