This year we learned that we used to have a three story glass-house, heightened for the growth of a specimen of Araucaria Excelsa. We learned that Olga Polizzi will open a new suite in the Stables (Number 20). Former Claridge’s pastry supremo Alan Holloway joined Endsleigh to look after our beloved Afternoon tea table. Condé Nast named us Countryside Hotel of the Year and we collected Hotel Restaurant of the Year too.

Stay Up Late with Us

Join us for dinner in the Stables featuring a five-course menu followed by the New Year party in the House. At midnight fireworks will light up the sky.

New Year’s Eve dinner is £120 including five course dinner, coffee, petit fours, Champagne and all entertainment.
