Hotel Endsleigh is committed to a philosophy of inclusion that extends to all visitors to the hotel. We take time to understand each individual guest’s needs and expectations, matching you to the right room, anticipating what will make a difference to your stay and discussing your requirements before arrival.
We do not have a designated area for disabled parking, however we do offer valet parking and guests with disability are welcome to come right up to the front of the hotel entrance. We do provide porter service and your luggage will be delivered to your room.
Most facilities at Hotel Endsleigh are accessible to people who use wheelchairs, those who have ambulant disabilities, people who are deaf, hard of hearing and those with partial sight. Large print menus are available upon request. We are able to cater for varying dietary needs, please advise on booking. We can also vary any dishes on the menu to suit as all food is cooked to order.
The entrance to the Main House is step free. The Sitting room, restaurant, all public spaces and our accessible toilet are on the ground floor. The floor is laid with wooden floor boards. We use the removable ramps for access to the function room and the door leading onto the Terrace.
Suite 1 is the most accessible room with step free access, a freestanding bath and a large shower. The bathroom does not contain grab rails.
The fire alarm system is bells and does not have flashing lights. Assistance is given if evacuation is necessary. Disabled and elderly guests are highlighted on our daily reports and Duty Managers are aware of their location in order to prioritise their evacuation if necessary.
We do not play background music in the bar or restaurant.
Service dogs are welcome, as are pet dogs (not in the dining room). We have tried to be as accurate as possible and have included as much detail as we can in our Access Statement, however we welcome your feedback to continuously improve on the information we provide.
