It was in Italy that Jose learned that food is about both quality and company. At the heart of all cooking is the spirit of conviviality, the pleasure that comes from sharing a meal with others. At Endsleigh the result is an intricate combination of the freshest Devon produce with that Italian philosophy.
The cooking takes its inspiration from the surrounding countryside, and includes rabbit, venison and beef.
Every lunchtime we offer a set lunch special at just £22 for two courses or £26 for three.

In keeping with tradition, afternoon tea is the highlight of every day. Each afternoon the library table is set with an array of cakes, scones and sandwiches.
