At Endsleigh the cooking takes its inspiration from the surrounding countryside. The Restaurant is located in the original dining room featuring beautiful wood-panelling and crests of the friends of the Duke of Bedford. At the heart of all cooking is the spirit of conviviality, the pleasure that comes from sharing a meal with others. At Endsleigh the result is an intricate combination of the freshest Devon produce with that simple philosophy.
In keeping with tradition, afternoon tea is the highlight of every day. Each afternoon the library table is set with an array of cakes, scones and sandwiches.
