Revive Holistic Retreat
What could be kinder than whisking yourself off to Endsleigh and spending time restoring your sense of wellbeing by eating healthily, sleeping properly, keeping fit and allowing expert therapists to pamper you with treatments?
There are not many places left like Endsleigh. The lack of light pollution allows you to truly see the sky at night. With no aircraft or vehicle noise, this is one of the last true escapes from the modern world in England.
Step away from your everyday life and hand yourself over to Tamami & Adam.
18-21 June 2018
This brand new retreat, designed by Tamami Benjamin and Adam Benjamin, combines reflexology and Tai Chi.
Japanese reflexology addresses imbalances in the body, promoting health and well being by stimulating the reflex points and nerve endings in the foot. Tamami’s focus on eliminating toxins, re-establishes good circulation and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Each guest will receive two treatments, the first is a general, holistic treatment to find out the function and balance of the whole body. The second is more specific, based on the findings from the first.
Tai Chi is designed to harmonise the circulation of chi energy around the body. It builds core strength, improves posture, balance and flexibility.
18-21 June 2018
From £1,160 for three nights accommodation, daily tai chi, two reflexology massages and nutritious and cleansing gourmet meals.
